4. Payment Terms

Fees for our services are described on our website or in your service agreement. You agree to pay all applicable fees on time. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

For subscription services, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis per your service agreement.

5. Acceptable Use

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Assist A Boss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Assist A Boss and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services immediately ceases. You may terminate your account by contacting us in writing. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seminole County, Florida.
